Lions of Afirca

I choose the picture of the day from National Geographic’s, the name of the picture is Lions, Serengeti. This picture shows the beauty and the wild nature of the Serengeti. Serengeti is the ecosystem geographical region in Africa, which is located north of Tanzania. This picture was taken in August, 2013 by Michael Nichols. He is a very famous photographer. After I saw it, I placed it for my computer background. On this picture I see a family of the lions. There are total seven lions on this picture. Also there are two baby lions. On this picture you can see a big landscape with a lot of grass, and there are only few big rocks where loins are seating. In the sky I can see the moon raise. So now I can assume that is an evening in this picture. I also assume that they are deciding who will stay with those two baby lions and who will go hunting. When I saw this picture first time, my first thought was what a brave photographer. He came so close to those lions to take a picture. He didn’t think that they could attack him. I also think that he didn’t drive the car close to them because they would get scared and run away. Or if the lions feel danger they can attack to protect their children. I think those lions are very hungry because on this landscape I can’t see any other animals. I remember few years ago I read a newspaper article, about a photographer who was skilled by lions. That’s why I say what a brave photographer.  Not many people would risk their lives to take a picture of the lions in the middle of the Africa. Most people would take a picture if they see those lions in the cage or in Zoo Park.
